Deer chihuahuas aren't exactly a real thing. Like teacups, it's just a made-up categorization to help unscrupulous breeders sell more dogs. A chihuahua is just a chihuahua, regardless of what someone wants to call it.
If you're thinking about breeding, please don't. Millions of dogs die every year because they don't have homes. Every dog who is intentionally or accidentally bred takes a home away from a dog in a shelter.
