call the hp before you move it.If someone hits a deer with there car can they take it home?
Contact the Fish %26amp; Game dept for your state for a specific answer. I believe it is not legal here but it is not enforced -- so damn many deer around here that if people didn't take them we would be @$$ deep in carcasses. If someone hits a deer with there car can they take it home?
Yes. But be sure you report it.

By the way, this is what hunters call '; an unleaded deer';.
yes but you need to call DNR and report it first
You can not take the animal in Washington state. It just stays along the road and rots but you can't take it and use it.
IT all depends if the DEER wants U 2 know where it LIVES !
i would think so.

report it first...
No, by law you are supposed to report the accident. If you have damage to your vehicle, it will be covered if you have comp/collision. If the animal is alive, but injured and not able to get up, it is against the law to shoot it, and put it ';out of it's misery';. Almost got a ticket for hunting out of season, for this very reason, couldn't believe it, I was trying to ease the poor thing's suffering.
It depends on the state. Some allow it, others have a list of people who are called to take it.
Yes in NH%26gt;fish and game must tag it first. You must stay at the scene until fish and game arrive if you want to legally keep it.
Hi! all depend the state you live in, but wherever you live, the best thing to do is to report it to police and wait for them to arrive and then you may ask the officer if you can take it home, (the deer) many times they will allow you to do that.
It varies state to state, as most people are saying, call first.

Like the game warden...
