Should a deer that is shot in, on, or around a man made food plot?

Should that deer be scored Boone and Crockett for a possible state record or should it be like the athletes on steroids? and not count.Should a deer that is shot in, on, or around a man made food plot?
I don't see any reason why it should not be scored. If the deer were confined to the plot and power-fed, that would be another matter.Should a deer that is shot in, on, or around a man made food plot?
Oikos is right, the determining factor is if the animal was shot under fair chase conditions. When you think about it, most animals are hunted in areas where they have access to crops. In North Carolina, some black bears weigh well over 600 pounds because they live near soybean fields. In other areas, a 500 pound bear is as rare as a 500 pound man. On the other hand, B%26amp;C is not based on weight but by skull, antler, or horn measurement, so abundant food is only one factor.
I know what your saying but there would be no way to track this or no who shot what where and such. I don't think its that big of an advantage frankly....I have set up huge food plots and had more deer just walk around it.
