I have a huge deer roast. I want to cook it in my crock pot but I dont want to cook the whole thing. Is it ok?

UNLESS, you have previously frozen it. Then you shouldn't thaw it and then re-freeze the unused portion. If it has been frozen, you should cook the whole thing. Maybe use the other portion the next day for some bbq sandwiches or something...
