If a male deer is castrated shortly after birth, will it ever grow antlers?

Castration of deer before puberty will stop antler development. Conversely, testosterone injections will stimulate antler development in castrated animals. If a male deer is castrated shortly after birth, will it ever grow antlers?
Depends on the kind of deer, both male and female reindeer grow antlers. If a male deer is castrated shortly after birth, will it ever grow antlers?
* Antlers are not the same as horns. Castration should stop antler growth. It worked for my dog.
Well cows and goats grow horns after ther castrated. I'm sure it's the same for deer.
